need help with confused icon markii

right as confused is away i need help from someone else????????

with his croshair i made loads of them in different colours and made an animated gif but when the homescreen loads it shows the first colour of the gif but it doesnt animate.......so do i need a gif plugin or do i need to change the xml more........all i done was change his .bmp to .gif
