Help! SP3 joystick does not go down

I just got a brand new sp3 like 3 days ago and suddenly the joystick doesn't go down, it freezes. I have no clue what could cause this. I didn't do anything to the phone. Please someone help me get this fixed. Thanks.

i have the same problem, i sent my sp3i to i-mate last week, and they replace a new phone for me,... you should go back to where you bought the phone, as it fault within 15days
