Guest oit Posted April 25, 2005 Report Posted April 25, 2005 Hello! I have a (Norwegian) Qtek 8010. To send a SMS, I press the action-button to choose a recipient from my contact list. After finding the name in the list, I press the action-button again. Then I'll have to choose what number to send the message to. Why do I have to choose the number? When I look in my contact-list, the phone-number to the cellular phones is noted as SMS in the list. For what reason?
Guest Disco Stu Posted April 25, 2005 Report Posted April 25, 2005 It is now possible to send SMS messages to some landline phones.
Guest oit Posted April 27, 2005 Report Posted April 27, 2005 So why is one of the numbers in the phonebook marked as SMS?
Guest [email protected] Posted April 27, 2005 Report Posted April 27, 2005 So why is one of the numbers in the phonebook marked as SMS? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> so that from contacts you can call or text a mobile number rather than have to start in messages
Guest DaFosia Posted April 28, 2005 Report Posted April 28, 2005 So why is one of the numbers in the phonebook marked as SMS? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You can make a shortcut to that number. ;) That is the fastest way to send a sms.
