Sync your C500 With WMP10 on PC

Hi,

I thought I'd share my delight in being able to sync WMP10 with my C500.

I thought u needed WMP10 on ur C500 but this is not the case.

If I am being thick and telling u stuff u already know then please by all means tell me to shut up :-D

Download and install Windows Media Player 10 on your PC.

Connect ur phone to PC with activesync.

In WMP, click on the sync tab (duh!)

You should have 2 windows one on the left which represents your PC, and one on the right - which is ur smartphone.

In the left window select All Music (or whatever u want) from the drop down list and tick the tracks you want to sync.

In the right window select the folder you want to sync to.

Then click the sync button!!!!!

I've been doing this for a while. You can even set custom settings for when it syncs too (so all music gets converted to 128K, for example).

this feature works even on my MPx 200's 2002 OS.

It's a pretty darn useful 'cos you can organize playlist on WMP 10 then sync over to phone. ;)
