Bluetooth Utils

Does anyone know of a program that runs on a PC and waits for known bluetooth devices to come into range - then launches whatever program / command you want?

(imagine computer greeting me with "hello sir, have you had a good day?" before launching windows media player with my favorite playlist, opening email, putting the kettle on ;) etc. when i get home)

The technology is all there, but has it been implemented?

Now that would be an app that rocks.

I've been asking myself the same question. if that app does appear then I will deffinatly get me a bluetooth dongle.
