Ok this topic might be a one in a million. So if anyone knows, please post..

I want to know if the new network that has been released recently: 3 network, is it available to use on the SPV? i mean if u can unlock the SPV to all networks, so it can be used on o2, vodafone, orange and T-mobile. Why cant it be unlocked to use the new 3 network?!

anyone have any info?

I'm pretty sure that 3G simcards are completely different to the ones used in the SPV, so will not work.

The 3 network is a 3G (third generation) network and the SPV is a 2G phone so they are not compatible. You can still use a 3 sim in the SPV but it will use the O2 2G network which 3 has a roaming agreement with. Unfortunately if 3 detect that you are using a 2G phone then they may actually block your 3 SIM.

Yup, if 3 catch you using one of their SIM cards in a non-3 phone you will be blacklisted.
