French ROM and tomtom mobile?

I recently updated my c500 from the UK ROM to the new French ROM - but now i cant get TomTom Mobile working, it worked like a charm before :cry:

I noticed that some bluetooth-com settings has changed, in the new rom - and i think its here the problem lies..

Has anyone got it working..?

Nope! So I reverted back to the UK rom!

And won't be upgrading to the new UK rom if this issue isn't resolved!

may i ask what problem you guys both had as i have a c500 and for some reason even though i am paired with my bluetooth gps it aint picking it up.

usually as you hit the i agree button it flickers for a second and now it wont, is this same as u

I've been tinkering with this for a while, and have had no luck. My theory is that renaming the 3rd party GPS no longer fools the app. The new rom passes the real device name anyway. When I use Pocket Streets GPS, the app still reports 'BT Clip On GPS'.

I can't remember if this was the same behaviour under the previous ROM.

Has anyone with the kosher TomTom GPS upgraded successfully?

I also own Copilot, which has been broken by this OS update too. I'm waiting for the UK rom to be released, and then ask them for an update!
