Reformat Phone

i need to reformat my phone and clear everything off and maybe run a backup can anyone show me the steps how i would appreciate it?

I'd always recommend Sprite for backups but have never used it with this particular phone.

If you want to use Sprite, get a trial first to make sure it works with the MPx220 ;)

What do you need to backup that Sprite doesn't do ?

Everytime my phone starts up and it goes on through the day it says i have voicemal message when i really don't i check it 100 times and even change personal options. what do i do

As for the voicemail problem : after you delete the voicemail wait until the symbol goes before hanging up the call. The operator message centre sends an instruction to cancel the symbol but you have to wait for it to be sent.

I think you can actually send yourself a voicemail to start you off.
