Get the gprs to work ive tried a opera micro browser and different settings had motorolla data support help desk try configure no luck. any one can help me with it Vodafone Live pre paid. ill copy paste the settings that should work on the phone i was told change port tried that nothing Please find below and attached the setup instructions for your MPX200 WAP over GPRS 1. Go to Programs -> More ->Settings 2. Go to Data Connections 3. Press menu -> Edit connections 4. Select Proxy connections 5. Click menu -> add connections 6. Fill in the following Description: Vf Live AU Connects from: The internet Conencts to: WAP Network Proxy (name:port): 10.202.2.60:9201 Type: WAP Username: Password: 7. Press Done Twice 8. Select GPRS connections 8. Press menu -> ADD 9. Fill in the following Description: Vf Live AU Connects to: The Internet Access point: live.vodafone.com Username: Password: Primary DNS: Secondary DNS: IP address: 10. Press Done 3 times 11. Under WAP connection, select vfwap 12. Press Done twice and press home 13. Open the internet explorer and go to menu -> options 14. Select connections and check "automatically detect settings" 15. Guest martin Posted April 28, 2005 Report Posted April 28, 2005 You could try a couple of things ;) Make sure that IE, Menu-Options-connections has 'Auto detect settings' unticked and 'Select Network: WAP network". Try and connect to a website like www.google.com If you get the error 'unable to connect' then try APN myvodafone.au instead of APN live.vodafone.com If you get the error 'page not found' then try changing proxy settings.
