Guest tmb5 Posted April 27, 2005 Report Posted April 27, 2005 I have 2 batteries now. I'm having trouble getting programs to recognise the 2nd battery. The two I have tried are fizz battery monitor and resco battery monitor. Both of them have two battery bars, the second being the backup. Apparantly when you change batteries the program should switch over batteries and know which is your main and which is backup. Anyone got this working or know what is wrong?

I think you may be misunderstanding what the application is meant to be doing here. The two batteries that it will be monitoring will be the big main battery that essentially runs the device and the backup battery which is a small, internal and non-user replaceable battery that retains your device memory while you swap main batteries. It cant tell the difference between two main batteries that you might have.
Guest tmb5 Posted April 27, 2005 Report Posted April 27, 2005 Oh I see. That makes much more sense! Thanks for your help.
