MMS not working

Ok when i got my c500 a few months back I sent a total of one MMS through O2 which I had put in after I unlocked my phone. It sent fine and I recieved one MMS. Now I am unable to send a MMS with Orange or O2 the settings are correct but it just doesn't work, what is wrong with my phone ;) I emailed Orange but I doubt I'll get a reply for a while. Whats wrong with my phone ;)
