Sync Status is on the phone

Hi Guys, i have just got a new spv c500 and love it.

I am having some majoe issues with Activesync and sync'ing it to my exchange contacts.

When i sync i get a message in activesync that says "sync status is on the phone"

Where!? they only message i can see is on the spv in activesync is says "Unable to connect, Verify your dialup or proxt settings are correct and try again"

Error code: CONNMGR_36

Has anyone got any ideas on how the hell to get this working?
