phone to PC

Could anyone tell me how to transfer my phone address book to my outlook on my PC. Active sync automatically downloads my PC to phone but I also want to backup my address book to my PC.

Activesync should be syncing in both directions. Changes to Contacts on the phone should appear in Outlook contacts on the PC. It is easy to then make backups of the contacts on the PC.

My active sync is only transferring from my PC to phone not phone to PC

Is there an option tab i havent activated or is there a manual way to upload to PC
