SVP c500 and Audible.com

Hi

I am a newbie both to the c500 and this forum and first I'd like to say "top site" you have helped me a number of times, Thank you. ;)

So as I move from Lurker to participant I have a simple question has anyone managed to get Audible.com audio books to download and work on a c500. They claim compatability with the SMT5600 but I have been unable to get my c500 to register.. :cry:

Any ideas??
