How do i stop my SPV C500 from receiving emails

Hello,

OK, when i have my SPV C500 connected to my PC and ActiveSync is running and i receive an email in OUTLOOK, the phone picks it up and i dont get it in OUTLOOK, and seeing as i dont want to receove email on my phone how can i either :

A. Stop it collecting my emails befor emy PC

or

B. Stop it collecting my emails all together.

open active sync in the system tray

tools // options then deselect inbox
