While I cannot unlock any phone, I would like to give you this advice....

First, make sure you have a copy of your receipt. Send a copy of this to [email protected] and to [email protected]

She is the one that fields the emails and will advise you that [email protected] is not monitored. But it is. Also, send her your IMEI number and reciept and the reason as to why you want your phone unlocked.
