newbie needs help

anyone can help me please..last nite i format my phone...and installed some applications...and to when i call somebody they all cant hear me..but i can hear them...i test the mute/unmute option...but still didnt work...anyone knows what might be the errors...please help

First thing would be to do a hard reset again as a system glitch may have crept in when you did it last time.
