App that tells u if ur being 3wayd..

I'm not sure if the phone already does this, but is there a program that would alert u if the it is a 3way call? This way it is better so that you are not surprised when u find out theres another party, if u know what I mean.. 8)

and also, if theres an app that alerts u if ur being recorded (I doubt there would be one for this, but I think there should be one for 3way alert)
