Installing java application

okay so i have downloaded javaman and MIDP-AMS but i don't knoe how to use them i can't dowload my .jar or .jad file.

maybe this is asked b4 but PLEASE answer again i really wanna download these application for mu smartphone

open the jar file from phoneexplorer

then delete it (or preserve for future use)

midlet is installed

ok i did that and i shorten the width of the file names but still it gives me a error of j9midpng and tells me to make sure that the path is correct what NOW ?? ;-(
