Guest Magnetic_dud Posted April 30, 2005 Report Posted April 30, 2005 (edited) There's an easy and cheap way to syncronize Outlook Express with my smartphone?? Please don't say: use Outlook 2002 bundled with you phone. I dont'want to use Outlook 2002 because it sucks: no newsgroup reader, and it's much slower, etc... Edited April 30, 2005 by Magnetic_dud
Guest Disco Stu Posted April 30, 2005 Report Posted April 30, 2005 AFAIK there is no way to sync with Outlook Express ;) Moved to Help & Advice
Guest Magnetic_dud Posted April 30, 2005 Report Posted April 30, 2005 But for the ppc there are software like syncexpress. If the os are quite similar, it may work, but installer says: you havent a ppc.
Guest Confucious Posted April 30, 2005 Report Posted April 30, 2005 ppc is not smartphone, the OS's may be similar but only in the way ppc and xp are. They are two different things. Use Outlook 2003 and google for your newsgroups ;)
Guest Magnetic_dud Posted May 2, 2005 Report Posted May 2, 2005 imho microsoft doesn't really want to sell smartphone 2003 os. There are using we like beta testers
Guest Confucious Posted May 2, 2005 Report Posted May 2, 2005 imho microsoft doesn't really want to sell smartphone 2003 os. There are using we like beta testers  But that's because you have a mitac ;)
Guest Magnetic_dud Posted May 2, 2005 Report Posted May 2, 2005 But that's because you have a mitac ;) <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Non-mitac phones can make an activesync backup or use avant go or sync w outlook exp or can be used for weeks without recharging or can wake up automatically???? Anyway, my mitac is a crappy phone ;) But.... all microsoft phones are crappy phones :P ;) Today I answered a call and I get: Error: Can't answer the call. I attach the screenshot. (Italian version)
