mpx220 question....

i own an mpx220 but my friends were so impressed with it that they want to get one too....but they are not selling it anymore.....i know the new firmware is going to come out soon and when it does do you guys think that they will put the mpx220 back in the stores for sell???

itll be back. im sure that moto, if theyre working on an upgrade, will put it back out there. besides, there are enough people that like the phone, even with its flaws. theyll find some kind of way to make enough people happy to keep it on the market.

I really hope you're right as the death of the MPX220 would leave the market devoid of a decent clamshell Smartphone.

yeah even with the minor problems it has i still think its the best smartphone out there and by far the best looking one also. i always get compliments from people...first they say "wow thats a nice looking phone" and then i show them the movies i have on there and they are pretty much blown away.

I was told from Cingular that once they recieve the new ROM from Motorola that they will start flashing the phones they have in inventory and release them.
