Mobiluck problem

I wonder if anyone is able to help me.

After much frustration, I finally managed to get to the buy now page on Mobiluck. I made a payment which has been accepted but no activation key arrived.

Has anyone else had this problem?

I've contacted them but they don't seem to reply so I am thinking now that I have lost my money.

How long ago did you purchase Mobiluck ?

Make sure that your email provider hasn't automatically filtered out the mobiluck email as suspected spam. I just tried receiving an email from mobiluck to my hotmail acocunt and it was automatically put in the 'Junk Mail' folder ;)

I did get two emails from Mobiluck just now but they were completely blank, no subject, no message body or anything :-(

Just to let you all know, there was a website problem which has now been sorted and I got my activation key.

Wouldn't want to leave the thread as it was and put people of buying their software!
