Error[260] - Update Error

Did a silly thing and upgraded my phone to the French rom using NBF tool.

Of course didn't realise that all my GPRS settings would go out the window.

So ignoring the advice I read in this forum I went and tried to downgrade to Uk 4.1.1.4 again.

Unfortunately as many people have said it does not seem to be possible, but the error I get is Error[260] - Update Error. The utility cannot connect to your phone.

Is this the error I should see when thr rruinfo doesn't get the proper results back fro the phone or have I another problem?

it doesnt matter, you cant downgrade. You should wait to the uk update comes out and try that

Unless someone figures out how to fool rruinfo or to disable the rom checking part of it!
