Hey I'm designing my first homescreen but I want to use the analogue clock plugin and smartmonitor on the same line eg. a clock in the middle of the screen and a battery meter vertically down the side.

1. Is this possible?

2. What plugins are allowed to have other things on the same line as them?

3. If I write the xml with them on the same line and it is not allowed, what will happen??

[EDIT]The analogue clock plugin is the one that can be used with ruttensoft homescreen designer[/EDIT]

Cheers for any help.

Probably the reason you have not had any replies to your post is because this topic has been covered several times before. A quick search would have got you the results you wanted a long time ago. I bet if you do that, you'll find the answers you need.

Actually Dr Blow (or any other pro :P ) I have a new problem, one that I have searched really hard for this time! ;)

With my first homescreen I'm trying to write it from scratch so I learn, and I am using rjshortcut. I am using it because I want to have two shortcuts on specific places on either side of the screen, so I have set a big gap between them. Also one of the shortcuts is to modaco in ie and so I made my own icon for it as a jpeg. Only prob is on the phone i tested (c500) whenever I went to the homescreen it came up with the dreaded spining colour circle. Could it be because of the big gap or the jpeg icon?? I've attatched the homescreen could some1 have a look? (it's beta coz I haven't finished gfx or xml yet and the shortcuts and other plugins aren't in the perfect positions). ;)

EDIT: Attached file! ;)

define a size/height of your rjshortcut tag that you'll know would fit your icon image size...
