<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

I'm currently running Smartphone version 4.50.45. In order to "upgrade" to 4.50.57, do I uninstall first? Do I just run the cab file on the device, or should I run the full setup on the desktop? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Lesgainous, in my experience its usually best to completely remove the old version (save your landmark.mlp file) then install from fresh.

This does mean all of your settings go back to factory standard and you will loose your list of favourites (but save these to your landmarks first) mainly because the newer version can have problems with the old settings if you just upgrade over the existing version.

I still wouldnt use it over TomTom but it's great to see that after all this time they're still improving on it unlike others
