Desperately need help recovering emails

I had my imap account set up on my computer and my phone. My computer crashed, and as a result, somehow, all my emails got deleted off the server and off my computer. They are, however, still on my phone. I am afraid to synchronize it back with the server because i think that will delete all the emails off the phone as well. is there any way to recover those emails off the phone and place them back in outlook or something? any help is appreciated. thank you

Can't you change the ActiveSync Options to sync from your phone to the PC? (I can't check the actual options at the moment) but as a backup, if you can still send emails just forward them to yourself.
