Audiovox smt 5600 MMS settings T-mobile

Im sorry if this has been asked, ive seen simular topics, but none that really answer my question...

I recently bought a smt 5600, unlocked it so I could use it for t mobile.

I have these settings from my spv e200, i assume they still work

Data Connections

Internet connection: T-zones GPRS

Connects to: The internet

Access point: wap.voicestream.com

User name:

Password:

Primary DNS: 0.0.0.0

Secondary DNS: 0.0.0.0

IP Address:

Work Connection: Automatic

WAP Connection: T-Zones WAP

Connects to: WAP Network

Access Point: wap.voicestream.com

User name:

Password:

Primary DNS: 0.0.0.0

Secondary DNS: 0.0.0.0

IP Address:

Secure WAP connection: Automatic

My problem is that I cant get in to change the MMS settings... Can this be done? How can i do it?

Have you looked in the Articles section here for Settings Repository? Most settings are there.

I have the correct settings. I just cant figure out how to get into change them. It was simple on the E200. But with my audiovox, i cant find how to change them.

I guess Im not being very clear, let me clear things up.

Usually I think i would have to goto Start/messaging/MMS/menu/options/account setup/

After i do all think, it wont let me edit any of the settings (or even get in to look at them)

it only lets me select new. Which goes into E-mail setup. Hope you guys can help now.

And i did check the other settings that are posted for t-mobile usa, they didnt seem to help.

maybe im stupid... But none you see seem to be understanding what im asking...

I want to know how to change my MMS settings.

Not my internet. I cant send any messages, I have setup my internet via instructions on modaco. I can visit google.com, so i know they are working...

Help please.

okay I figured out where to put them. (Start/configurations/MMS/ not where they were on the e200)

Now all I need for my MMS is:

Name:

MMSC URL:

WAP Gateway:

Port:

Max Sending Size:

I have my internet settings like this.

Settings->Data Connections->Menu->Edit Connections

GPRS Connections:

Description: GPRS

Connects to: The Internet

Access point: wap.voicestream.com

Proxy Connections:

Description: Proxy

Connects from: The Internet

Connects to: WAP Network

Proxy (name:port): 216.155.165.50:8080

Type: HTTP

Select Done leaving everything else on that screen alone.

When you've entered those two items (making sure those are the ONLY two items in the entire Connections area. No Dial-up, no VPN, no nothing except those two or you're on your own), go back to the data connections screen and set everything (Internet Connection, Work Connection, etc) to "Automatic". Almost done. Now bring up IE and go to Menu->Options->Connections. Clear the checkbox "Automatically detect settings" and under "Select Network", select "WAP Network".
