Hi,

Just checked my bank balance and a company Called Handango USA has taking out over 100 dollars from my account, I have never orderd any of there stuff and the only time ive ever heard of them is through this site does any have a contact number for these people.

Spoke to the bank first thing. cant seem to find a working UK number for Handango though.

Very strange thing just happened... whilst browsing Handango I noticed that there were 2 items in my Cart (I hadn't added anything!). Turns out that CodeWallet Pro and the Desktop Companion were both added without my knowledge :?:

They applied a discount code of D1HCWXUSDT, which would give me $15 off (still comes to $45 though!).

Anyway... back on-topic:

After doing research on the issue, Handango determined that we are able to provide a faster, more efficient resolution to most issues via our customer service Web-based system. While we understand the desire for phone support, we request that all questions be submitted through our Customer Service Web-based system at http://handango.custhelp.com

So there you go... they've researched it (so that's OK then) and they think you'll get a faster more efficient service if you email them and then wait 72 hours for an answer :shock:

Another thing to consider is that someone might have your card numbers which is used to order stuff via them?

They double charged me once and it took ages to get my money back, the bank would not do anything because 'we have to allow 30 days...'

Eventually after loads of emails (no replies) and just inside the 30 days I got my refund, no apology :evil:
