C500 camera error

Ok i have this phone for about three months and took more then 6-700 pictures with it ,but yesterday something happend while i was taking a picture from a moving car (speed was ~ 80kmh or 50mph) the result is kinda weird the picture looks funny ,this is not the first picture that i have taken from a moving vehicle ,i took pictures from a train running 120 kmh and no problem ,anyone has any idea of a possible cause or had any simmilar case ?

I wont have anything to do with the moving picture... just one of those things.
