Games Problems!!!

I got these two games called waterman and invasion off a link from somone on this site. i put in the right folders in active sync. it didn't work and i compared them to the games already on the phone and it looks like their are 2 files missing is their away round this?

So what exactly did you do?

Copy these 2 a location on your phone or SD using Windows Explorer, right click each .exe and create a shortcut for each, then copy these to Mobile Device/IPSM/Windows/Start Menu/Games.

i was just reading that thing with the free games invasion and waterman or something. i have got them and i have them on my memory card but they are not bring recognised because i haven't installed them. I am not sure what i have to do please help paul thanks

You don't need to install them.

Just put them on your mem card and create a shortcut then cut and paste

it to the location Paul just mentioned ;)

thank you very much it works is there n e thin else i can do to my phone i have put dvds on it music games everythin i can think off can u give me ideas please this is not phone its like a computer or something more ideas what have u done to your phone awarner and paul what is the best thing you have on your phone ?

I have the Symbios home screen, all the speed optimisations, a slimmed down startup folder, and every app installed that exists for SPV ;)

My SPV is SIM and App unlocked.

Other than that, my SPV is standard.

wow paul how did u get so gd with your spv i have a new screen the brushed metal home screen looks amazin. what is an app? i have read about them but i am still wondering wat they are really about

I think you have beaten us all to what you can do to the phone ;)

I'm just going to all the sites that I know of and trying different games.

None of the games are playable that I found so far but they all load without crashing :lol: even 3D pocket snooker (wrong screen size and a stylus needed)

it's just a user interface problem now :D

I even had freecell loaded :lol:

I'll forget solitare for the moment.

When I hear more from them (I have been talking to them on email)

and they start working i'll post asap.

oh rite u can't get any dimmer than me. I am wondering when they made this phone there was not much memory on the actuall phone is there a way of add memory so it runs faster and wat type of extra apps have u added and where do u get them or can u make them your self?

I have most apps oops sory applications :wink: except the gprs and IA-album.

I have removed:

coldinit.lnk - Not sure what this does

Orange Support.lnk - Sounds fishy to me

Everything else in startup looks like it might perform a useful function

Paul, you have EVERY app for SPV? Including a working version of mytools? Please please please upload it somewhere so I can get it!!! The version on the website isn't working at the moment
