o2 network?

Just wondred if anyone can offer me any help, I have an c500 which i have unlocked to take my o2 sim card. i have app unlocked it also so i can put on diff home screens etc.

The problem i was messing round with the phone on the orange downloads and realised the signal had gone from my o2 network?????

tried another sim card the signal came up ok, vodafone

tried my o2 sim card in another phone worked ok

so as far as i know my sim card is ok but it will not work now with my c500 at the mo, any help would be much appreciated.

Was thinking maybe i have messed a setting up somewhere but it is just strange the phone will only not work with my o2 sim card
