Forwarding sms

does anything exist which can automatically forward sms from one phone to another? I currently have to carry two phones which becomes a bit annoying and would like to be able to forward sms from my personal phone to my work phone. I havent seen anything that does this so far but would find it a very cool feature for a phone or network.

I've not seen anything that can do this but personally I would prefer to keep control as to how and when I send an SMS as this could be open to abuse or malicious code.
