share folders

how do you share folders on your pc so you can reach them via the smartphone (i have a qtek 8080) or is that even posible. ive read about it in the help file for activesync and in other forum posts that a shared folder should have been created automatic when i instaled it but not for me.

It's automatic for Pocket PCs but not for Smartphones
