How to Backup

Yesterday I decided to backup my smartphone. I get to Activesync>Backup/Restore but... it's disabled!! Anyone knows how to make a backup?

It is, but just to warn you I had a few problem with it, and had to hard reset my phone and then start again. I contacted their customer services who weren't at all helpful and kept telling me to do things I'd already done, and already told them I'd done. They then said that there was no way I could have the problem I had, but when I check Sprite's own forum there were quite a few people with the same problems as mine.

I used the back-up resore tool from Orange France, I found it on the ROM update page, unfortunately it seems if you're not one of their customers you can download this. I don't know if Orange UK have the same thing, but it's worth looking into it because it's free, and has never caused a glitch with mine.
