I have a problem with filtering my contacts on on SPV C500. I did a search

on Google Groups and found a thread that exactly reflected my problem but

there was no resolution

Both my wife and myself have SPV C500's. When she syncs hers on her profile

on her laptop, she has the full set of Outlook categories at her disposal

when she goes to the Filter option on her contacts. If I synch to my

profile on her laptop, the only option that I have to filter by is "No

Filter". I then reset my SPV and synced to her profile on my SPV and I had

the full set of categories available.

I can see no major difference in the list of catagories (ie we both have

non-standard categories that are not part of the master category list.

Does anyone know what is going on? I had the sam problem on my E200 and

tried to get support from Orange for 6 months before giving up. I have just

upgraded to the C500 and I would like to get this problem sorted out.
