Help bootloader unlock typhoon smt 5600

I have a smt 5600 that I need to unlock the bootloader on. I have been told that this is different from sim unlocking and all of that. I have not found anything on this process. Any help would really be appreciated.

What are you trying to do? Theres no such thing as unlocking the bootloader afaik.

Normally you would enter the bootloader to sim unlock if thats what you are getting at?

I am going to be seeing about updating the OS on the phone.

I made a mistake. I guess I need to do an application unlock and I have figured that out.
