extract / store SMS

I'm looking for a way to extract sms to TXT or something, so I can save them readable to PC... any ideas how to do that - or even where sms are stored on the device.

theres a free program out there. i dont really remember the name, i believe its called 'smartphone studio'. that will do the job for you.

Yep, that's one.

Jeyo Mobile Extender is another (look on Handango) and there's probably another on the wonderful Airfagev site.
