Free internet? T-mobile USA

I dont pay for any t-zones or internet, yet I can go around the net about 1/2 the time, the rest the time the thing just dont work. I just went to msn mobile and windowsmedia.com, i watched the xxx preview. I called tmobile last night to see if i was being charged, they said no, they dont charge by use, only if you have one of there plans you get internet. But he also said i might be able to browes certain text only websites. So basically im jsut wondering if anyone else gets these for free.

these are the settings i use for internet if anyones wondering.

Password:

Primary DNS: 0.0.0.0

Secondary DNS: 0.0.0.0

IP Address:

PROXY

named: T-Mobile GRPS

Connects from: Internet

Connects to: Wap Network

proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080

type: HTTP

user name:

Passsword:

Set all four things to automatic in data connections. Set internet explorer to automatic as well.

By the way, I still cant send or receive MMS correctly, if someone can help me with that ;) Thanks.
