need help with Windows media 9

Hi, i have an 02 xphone 2 and recently got my mini sd card. I copyied my music accross using windows media player and it seems it has converted it to wma format. Im not sure if this affects it, but when i try add music to favourites, i cant, the "add to favourites" button is greyed out for some reason.

does anyone know why? and how i can add certain tracks to favourites.
