SPV restarts

hi people,

i am having some difficult problems with my daughter's smart amazing phone (the SPV e100). all the repair shops here in davao can't do it and they told me to bring it cebu or manila which i just cant. so i am hoping that somebody out there can help me.

here are the phone's problems:

1.) when you attach the battery it automatically goes on;

2.) when you press any key it turns off and restarts again;

3.) when you dont do a thing it will later restart; and

4.) when i try to hard reset, it wont. when i press the action button after "Press any key to ..." appears, it just starts (boots to windows?)

A hard reset sounds like your best option.

Try removing the SD card first and then switch on.

When you seen 'Press any key', press and hold down the action key only. Don't press any other key or the phone will boot up.

Hopefully this should get you into the reset menu.

Have you also checked the phone and made sure that there are no stuck buttons, particularly the power on/off button.
