HI , i have a smartphone 2002, My Media player is not opening, when i press on media player icon it try to open it but didn't.

Have you tried navigating to a music file with Smart Explorer and clicking it to open?

Mind you if you're not using WMA files, then Beta Player is a better player (get it?) anyway, and it's free.
