Confused messages

My boss has just got a PDA2K. He plugged it into his laptop computer, a new partnership was created (he already had an iPAQ) and everything seemed okay.

From a conversation I have had with him today it seems that his outlook email has synchronised in his MMS folders and a replies are waiting in it’s outbox, SMS has gone to the right inbox but replies are sitting in the Outlook E-mail outbox.

Has anybody else seen this and is there a fix or is it as I suspect, hard reset time

Hard reset done and inbound messages now going to their correct containers and outbound messages are leaving. ;)
