Can anyone with a SPV C500 help me... I cannot seem to change my profile, I set it to headset a while ago and It has stuck to that. I have tried numerous times to change to something else, but nothing happens. I have contacted Orange....no help at all. Also, the phone keeps hanging, this happens all the time...did I make a mistake in choosing this phone?

There used to be a similar problem on the old mk1 SPV's. When you plug in the headphones, there is a little switch that tells the OS that it needs to automatically switch to the Headset profile. When the headphones were removed, sometimes this switch wouldn't reset and the phone would continue to think it was in Headset mode. In these cases I think the only solution was to have the handset replaced.
