My device is Motorola MPX200 Smartphone 2002

I want to assign a silent ring tone to a contact so I can avoid his distarbnce and to respect him not to put him in Block list of SmartFilter Software. This Software give him Busy Tone>

There is a program for MS-Smartphone which will let you assign ringtone for each contact.

Using such feature, you can then record your 'blank' tone and assign it to the contact. ;)
