I-Mate SP3 WM10 Update

I haven't been here quite for a while..........during this time a lot of thing changed, the most important thing is that WM10 UPDATE has been released. Where can I download it? I was trying to find it almost everywhere, but still no sucess.....

You have to get i-Mate updates from the Club i-Mate website :

I've actualy tried it! I am a registered member of Club Imate, but when I try to download something it says "you dont have an I-Mate SP3"....

When I try to register it as a new device it says:

"There was a problem. Your i-mate™ device IMEI is either invalid or has already been registered. Please make sure that you have entered your IMEI number correctly. If you still can not register the device, please contact Support for additional help. Please note that you can only register i-mate™ brand devices here."

Thats very annoying....is there a different way of downloading it?

What a relief; I thought I'd made a mistake on their infuriating website. :evil:

I've sent them an email after clicking on the Feedback button and will let you know if / when I get a reply.

Clearly I cannot advise you on where to find an alternative download location but I wish you well with your Googling. Me, I'm looking for a physical address to visit....

The IMEI is 15 digits. The hint is misleading saying 3xxxx..., in fact, you will need to enter the first 15 digits by dropping off the last two digits when you use *#06# to get the IMEI.

I finally realize that the IMEI hide beneath the battery has the correct IMEI numbers. I entered it and it worked for me.

It won't let you enter more than 15 digits anyway, so Eldar2k and I have a different problem.

It's definitely something to do with the redesigned website :evil:

I'm a regulat visitor to the clubimate site (waiting for the MP 10 update too) abd I can tell you there's no sign og the ROM update for the SP3. There is an ever growing thread in the user forum begging imate to release the update but they haven't even the courtesy to reply. Lot of angry users there !!

Seems to me that there isnt such thing on Clubimate .
