Pocket Music Problems?

hey all,

just got the pocket music software.

tried to load it but i get the following error message on the phone:

"Instalation falied. The program or setting cannot be installed becuase it does not have adequate systems permissions"???

Whats that about?

Anybody have the problem of pocketmusic 'stuttering' when it plays sometimes? really really annoying (especially since i just forked out some hard earned cash for it). Dont know if its cetain file types or bit rates it doesnt like, any help from people whve experienced this would be great.

Also use beta player occasionally but sound quality isnt as good and the screen is just black apart from small bar at the top displaying track name - can you get any skins / visualisations for betaplayer?

I use version 2.0 every day and I have not found any problems with stuttering.

Though I just use audio books with a lower bitrate.

The older version used to stutter badly.

im using version 2 aswell. Experienced it a couple of times when using the trial but thought it was due to having many apps running in background (low system mem) and trying to use the x-bass or equaliser features and bought it anyway, now though it always occurs on 128 bit .wma files (that i know so far) whereas is ok on 256 bit .wma. Am going to do more tests to try and determine what causes it but hopefully someone already knows!

Cant believe im the only one to experience this stuttering (unless im very unlucky!)

anyone know what causes it / how to fix or avoid it? If its known to be just certain file types / bitrates then i can avoid them with pocketmusic, otherwise i cant rely on it for proper use.

It occurs with me as well when I have both the Xbass and Equalizer on. If I only activate the Xbase, the stuttering isn't an issue. I noticed the stuttering was very bad on a 192 kbps mp3, but non-existent on a 96 kbps wma.
