Guest AJCrowley Posted May 10, 2005 Report Posted May 10, 2005 ok, i'm currently on a sub £50 per month tariff with a Treo 600 qhich has served me faithfully all year. now, i do like the look of the M2000, how does it rate vs. the Ipaq RX3715 ? my 2 options are thus : 1. move to the Premier 600 package and get the M2000 for a ton, and job done. or 2. get something compact & stylish (with bluetooth & GPRS) for a lot less, like the Razr, and let the missus buy me a spanky ipaq with which i can internet/wifi/bluetooth via the phone.... what's the feeling here ? what would be best in my position ? either way, i'm thinking a Jabra BT800 would be nice to go with.... any other caller display bluetooth headsets out there ?
Guest AJCrowley Posted May 13, 2005 Report Posted May 13, 2005 anyone got any ideas for me ? only my bill date is the 19th, so i need to switch to premier before that if i'm gonna go with the M2000..... hey ho....
Guest MitchellO Posted May 13, 2005 Report Posted May 13, 2005 Have you considered a HTC Magician, known as the: XDA II Mini Qtek s100 IMate JAM MDA Compact Krome Spy VPA Compact and others. Its tiny, and not much bigger than an 8210, esp considering what it can do!!
Guest AJCrowley Posted May 13, 2005 Report Posted May 13, 2005 well, if i can i'd prefer to stick with orange, and not have to pay too much. of the above, which ones have wifi & bluetooth ? and which ones can work with a seperate keyboard ?
Guest mike-oh Posted May 13, 2005 Report Posted May 13, 2005 (edited) These are all the same phone, the HTC Magician! XDA II Mini Qtek s100 IMate JAM MDA Compact Krome Spy VPA Compact They're running under different operators. It has bluetooth but no built in wifi. Wifi can be added by a wifi SD card! Ummm i think you can get a seperate keyboard but i'm not entirely sure. Edited May 13, 2005 by mike-oh

Guest MitchellO Posted May 14, 2005 Report Posted May 14, 2005 I see. No prob. The Magician has only Bluetooth by the way, and WiFi is easily added with an SD WiFi. I use a sandisk card.
