I'm Peter Balogh, CEO of PDAmill, the leading mobile game development house.

Describe Snails in your own words

Snails is a funny, cute, idiotic action-shooting-strategy game we've made. It's been a hit and a best sellers for the last three years and it's still one of the best games for your PDAs and Smartphones out there, I think. It has a unique cartoony graphical style matched with a lot of humor. I've been one of he creators of the game 3 years back, yet I'm still playing it regularly when I have the time.

What makes Snails worth buying above other Smartphone or Pocket PC games?

It's a lot of gameplay and a lot of content in there. It's one of the best looking and best sounding game, and offers a fun gameplay experience. It's very easy to pick up and play for 5 minutes of 5 hours. The latest PPC version includes both local and internet multiplayer options that lets you challenge anyone, anyowhere. The games has earned over ten international awards this far, including 4 Pocket PC Magazine awards for the PPC and Smartphone versions, and other awards like Best Product of Year, Game of the Year, Quality Award, Palm Powered Up Award, etc. So instead of reading my marketing pitch, you have to try it yourself.

What can we expect to see next from PDAMill, and in particular for Snails?

In 2005 we're focusing on MS Smartphones and Symbian phones and will release most of our products for these platforms. We're currently busy preparing our Symbian S60 launch of 13 of our titles, including Snails. We're also busy finishing the long delayed PC version of Snails and integrating the internet multiplayer capability to the Smartphone version.

I've got both Snails and WWP on my phone, and find I play WWP a lot more often. That said, Snails is still an amazing game (in fact, I remember reporting a bug in the beta pocketpc version that allowed unlimited money in shop mode)

There is just a certain something about the worms franchise that is just very solid and classy.
