Followme GPS Software

I have seen a piece of software that works with GPS called FollowMe. It basically plots your route on screen showing exactly the directions that you took, whilst either walking or driving.

Is this software or similar available for the SPV????

I wasn't on the forum when this was originally posted (didn't have my SMT5600 yet) - I'm just curious if someone posted a separate thread that answers this questions or points someone in the right direction if they're looking for a similar type of application.
