Can't see files in windows explorer

Bascially I can't transfer any files to my phone. There is an icon called Mobile Device in Windows Explorer but it is empty and ActiveSync's explorer will not let me move any files there. Activesync 3.7.1(I uninstalled 3.8) sees that I have over 5 megs available on my device. The phone syncs just fine but wont allow any files to be placed in the mobile device directory.

I've had this happen to me and rebooting both phone & PC solved it.

Also you can download ActiveSync 3.8 from MS now and 4.0 should even be available soon.
